Serena Williams Talks Breastfeeding With Twitter Moms
Serena Williams took to social media on Wednesday to get some breastfeeding advice from her fans on Twitter.
The newlywed, who welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Alexis Olympia, on Labor Day, is already getting anxiety over when she should stop breastfeeding.
Serena tweeted:
Fellow moms:
How long did you breastfeed?
Is it weird that I get emotional when I even just think about when it’s time to stop?
She asked and the mommies answered:
3.5 years (and I did it on the down low for another 1.5 years). My son didn't want to stop. Best decision I made. Every child I different. He's my only and I wouldn't do anything differently.

Totally. Hormones. You do what’s right for you. I let my youngest go as long as she wanted which was 15 mos. she just stopped on her own.

13 months – my son weaned himself. It was a bit emotional for me, but that’s part of the job! It works as long as it works for BOTH of you. Happy Mom = happy baby. And you are doing a fantastic job!

I only did 3 months….but I had twins. Don't feel pressure to stop but it's DEF much harder if you wait too long (like 12+ months). She is BEAUTIFUL!!! ❤️❤️
