Sean Penn sues Lee Daniels!
Sean Penn is not here for people talking recklessly about him!
The Oscar-winning actor has slapped “Empire” co-creator, Lee Daniels with a $10 million dollar defamation lawsuit on Tuesday (September 22) for “false and defamatory” statements he made in a recent interview with “The Hollywood Reporter.”
In the THR piece, Daniels was discussing how Terrence Howard has been vilified in the media because of his history of domestic abuse and run-ins with the law.
He ain’t done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he’s some f**kin demon. That’s a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America.
