RJ Cyler has landed a recurring role on the CW’s hit series, “Black Lightning.”

The 23-year-old actor will play the role of Todd Green, the gangly and awkward tech genius who’s passed over for a research grant.

He doesn’t take it well until he gets an offer to join Tobias Whale (Jones).

RJ is my absolute fave! I had the opportunity to meet and interview him in Los Angeles when he starred in Power Rangers.

He also did a great job in the Showtime comedy-drama, “I’m Dying Up Here.”

I’m looking forward to seeing RJ put in work on “Black Lightning.”
