Rich Homie Quan has issued a statement publicly apologizing for the Snapchat video of him smoking weed with his year-old son, Royal, in his lap.
The video reportedly prompted a joint investigation between Fulton County Police and Child Protective Services in Georgia.

In a post on his Instagram page, the “Flex” rapper acknowledged his poor decision to continue smoking once his son climbed into his lap.
He also added that he will continue to strive to be the best parent he can be.
