

Sources are saying a shooting suspect is in custody for the shooting death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes.

ABC 13 Houston reports the investigation is ongoing with a possible second suspect.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office appeared to confirm the report on Saturday night when they tweeted the investigation has taken a “new direction.”

Was just told by law enforcement sources that two men who were identified by one of my confidential informants have been brought in for questioning in the murder of Jazmine Barnes.

Jazmine was riding in the car with her mother, LaPorsha Washington, and other relatives when a white male opened fire on the car killing her and injuring her younger sibling and her mother.
A $100,000 reward has been offered for information on Jazmine’s killer.
