The 40-year-old rapper, born Algernod Lanier Washington, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early Tuesday morning in Tampa, Florida.
He was taken into custody and booked at the Hillsborough County Jail, where he was released on a $500 bond the same day.
Plies took it all in stride and posted a photo on Instagram of himself lounging and sipping a drink. The caption read, “I Need A Tan Bih…… ???? Ayeeeeee.”
