Unique -Raq- Power Book III Raising Kanan Season 2 Finale
Starz

The “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” Season 2 finale went down on Sunday night and I WAS NOT READY for the assault on South Jamaica, Queens!

I am not okay…

About Season 2

The second season of “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” takes us back to early ‘90s South Jamaica, Queens, but not the same Queens we left in Season One.

Raquel “Raq” Thomas is no longer vying for street corners in the war with Unique — she has won that battle and now controls the borough’s distribution.

But as Raq’s power grows, so does her appetite. She’s eager to expand the operation and sets her sights on New Jersey.

But with new territory, comes new foes, and this time it’s the Jersey Mafia.

In the Season 2 finale, titled, “If Y’Don’t Know, Now Y’Now,” Raq’s strained relationship with her son, Kanan, and her brother, Lou, deepens as Marvin’s reconciliation with Jukebox is flourishing by the day.

Raq’s decision to go to war with Sal was a costly one for her family and her crew.

But, who would have ever thought Unique would be her knight in a fluffy fur?!
