R. Kelly‘s former manager Henry James Mason surrendered to police on Friday morning on an outstanding warrant for terroristic threats.
Henry County police issued the warrant for Mason’s arrest eight months ago after he threatened to kill Joycelyn Savage‘s family after they spoke out about her allegedly being held in R. Kelly’s cult.
According to the police report, Henry James Mason told Timothy Savage:
I’m gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to f–king kill you!
Mason was arrested, he posted $10,000 bond and was released in minutes.
Savage’s lawyer Gerald Griggs told NBC News on Friday, “He’s relieved but you have to understand, he’s received multiple threats from multiple people from Mr. Kelly’s camp. This is just the first arrest.”
