R. Kelly is asking a judge to shut Drea Kelly up!

The embattled R&B singer claims his ex-wife and mother of his children is violating the terms of their 2009 divorce settlement which forbids her to spill tea on their marriage or trash him publicly.

In the newly filed court docs, R. Kelly claims both parties agree to refrain from “any account of their private lives, business activities, relationship with each other, marriage or circumstances surrounding the dissolution.”

We all know once those child support checks stopped, Drea began spilling tea like she was in Boston.

Kelly’s attorney, Steven Greenberg, claims Drea’s interview with TMZ last month is the reason why they moved to file the motion, but she is doubling down on the tea now that she is on “Growing Up Hip Hop.”

But, Drea Kelly ain’t shutting up!

She and her attorney responded by noting R. Kelly violated his own settlement when talked about their marriage in great detail in his lil memoir, “Soulacoaster.”

Her attorney, Alison Motta, told TMZ:

Robert has not been complying with that provision of their agreement for years, even put out a book, “Soulacoaster” with details of their marriage and divorce — he essentially waived that provision and is now using it as a vindictive sword to punish her for asserting her right in domestic relations court and forcing him to comply with his financial obligations.

He can no longer control her with physical abuse so he’s resorting to methods of control and punishment that can be inflicted from afar.

Welp. That’s that on that!
