Quanell X, the activist who was once advocating for the mother of Maleah Davis, now says she should be charged in connection to her 4-year-old daughter’s death.

During an appearance on HLN on Tuesday, Quanell shared his anger and frustration with the circumstances surrounding Maleah’s death that includes infidelity and says Brittany Bowens knows more about her Derion Vence killing her child and may have helped cover up the physical evidence of the crime.

I believe that Brittany knew a lot more than what she’s saying. I know for a fact that she confessed to me she helped cover up physical abuse of Maleah in the home.

And I believe that when she came back [from the funeral] she learned a little more about Maleah – what happened to her. But, I don’t think she knew where the body was dumped.

But, I do believe that he [Derion Vence] shared things with her and let her know what had happened to Maleah.

Once Brittany realized that I would no longer would stand by her side and she learned that I had went to the District Attorney’s office with information that I had gathered through our investigation. I believe she was upset about that.

The only thing she could do was try to attack me because she knew what I had learned, she knew what I knew, and based on what I know and what I had learned – she knows what she is possibly facing in the future.

Quanell X went on to say he believes she will be charged:

Because of what was shared with me. What she told me. What she admitted to and what I shared with them is factual information that came directly from Brittany and I have proof of what she said and what she admitted to.

I do believe she will be charged and she should be charged. And if there’s an ounce of decency in her as a mother – she has to own up to the complicit and negligent role she played in the demise of Maleah.

Brother Quanell X has the tea and I’m so happy he is sharing it with investigators because everyone who was complicit in this baby’s death needs to be held accountable!
