Priscilla Rainey Wins $10M Sexual Assault Case Against The Game By Default
Priscilla Rainey, the “She Got Game” contestant who filed a $10 million lawsuit against The Game for sexual assault last August, has won her case by default.
You may recall, Priscilla claimed that while filming the VH1 reality show, the rapper was drunk, high, and “out of control.” She says the rapper sexually assaulted her several times throughout the evening by “forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”
The lawsuit claims she suffered physical, psychological and emotional damages.
Despite the alleged assault, she continued to compete to become his lady until he eliminated her from the show.
According to Bossip, who obtain court documents, the judge entered a default judgement on Priscilla’s behalf because Game, born Jayceon Taylor, never bothered to answer the lawsuit despited her repeated attempts to serve him. Game was fully aware that the lawsuit existed. He even blasted Priscilla on social media about it.
Now, the burden is on Priscilla Rainey to prove why she’s entitled to $10 million.
The Game is currently touring in Paris, which may be why he failed to attend the hearing.
I’m sure an appeal is on the way.
Meanwhile, Priscilla’s attorney, Adam Horowitz, said, “My client was damaged by the sexual assault. She’s been in therapy. Now, she’s anxious to tell her story.”
