The Philly rapper, real name Leslie Edward Pridgen, is undergoing kidney transplant surgery today in Baltimore, Maryland.
It’s been a very long journey to this point, but I’m so happy for him.
In a pre-op video posted on his Instagram page, Freeway wrote:
