Pooch Hall is now facing up to six years in prison.
The “Ray Donovan” star has officially been charged with felony child abuse and DUI by the Burbank Police Department after he was popped for driving drunk with his 2-year-old son in his lap earlier this month.

The Department of Children and Family Services also opened up an investigation following Pooch’s arrest.
Pooch is a father of four and has not made any public statements regarding this incident.
