Pooch Hall is celebrating three years of sobriety.

You may recall, in October 2018, the “Ray Donovan” star was charged with felony child abuse and DUI after he was arrested for driving drunk with his two-year-old on his lap.

Pooch later entered a rehab program to help him turn his life around and get back on track.

On Tuesday, the 44-year-old actor took to social media and shared a message of gratitude, growth, strength, and clarity.

All I gotta say is fewww… 3years ago it got dark on your boy… Let me start by saying Thanku to those in my corner who helped me, supported me and picked me up when I was down I’ll never forget the love you had/ have for me.

To be three years sober is a true blessing. And this doesn’t mean I stop working. I thought to myself how can I have fun without a drink? Sheeiiitt!!! I’m having even more fun without one.

The mental clarity that came has been amazing not to mention the freedom to love myself and the strength to say “it’s ok to NOT be OK” and the strength to ask for help.

I’m truly happy to be Sober living healthy and accepting life on its terms and letting Gods will be done.

So happy Sober Birthday to me and know I could not of done it with out my loved ones help. You all know who you are. Thank you… Pooch
