Pooch Hall was arrested on Wednesday night in Burbank, California after he was popped for driving drunk with his 2-year-old son on his lap!
Police received a call around 7:30 p.m. with a report of a vehicle colliding with a parked car. Eyewitnesses say the “Ray Donovan” star was weaving in and out of traffic with a small child in his lap.
Pooch was so wasted he wasn’t even able to perform a field sobriety test. Preliminary tests show his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
Thank God no one was injured. Pooch’s wife, Linda, came and got their son.
Pooch Hall is currently in jail on $100,000 bail and is due in court on Friday, October 5.
