Pepsi Pulls Ad & Apologizes, Bernice King Claps Back
Pepsi has issued an apology and has pulled their tone deaf and controversial ad, which exploits the Black Lives Matter movement to sell sodas.
The ridiculous ad, released on Tuesday, stars Kendall Jenner as a supermodel who ends a protest by sashaying up to a police officer and handing him a Pepsi.
When the ad dropped social media handed Pepsi their a**!
Peep GMA’s coverage of the foolishness:
Pepsi has yanked the ad and released the following statement and apology:

“We also apologize for putting Kendall Jenner in this position”…???
Kendall Jenner is a grown woman surrounded by several other grown women in her family and NO ONE thought this was a bad idea?
All those black men who circulate through their house didn’t give them a clue or a heads up?
Bernice King clapped back at the ridiculous commercial with this epic tweet:
If only Daddy would have known about the power of #Pepsi. pic.twitter.com/FA6JPrY72V
