It’s been a minute since I’ve done a “Where Are They Now,” but I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge Brandon Hammond, who celebrated his 34th birthday on February 6.
Brandon was just 14-years-old when he starred in the classic film, Soul Food, as Ahmad, the son of Vivica Fox‘s character, Maxine.

Brandon hasn’t been doing much acting over the past decade and according to a recent Facebook post, life has been a bit challenging.
Speaking of “Soul Food“….Nicole Ari Parker, Malinda Williams and Boris Kodjoe are hinting around about a reboot of the Showtime TV series.
