Hours after we learned Bobbi Kristina Brown had been placed in hospice care, her representatives filed a lawsuit against Nick Gordon accusing him of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and stealing money out of her account.
The suit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court on Wednesday by Brown’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, paints Nick as an opportunistic and controlling abuser, who stole thousands of dollars from his alleged “wife” as she lay in a hospital bed fighting for her life.
According to court papers, over the course of their relationship, Nick Gordon began beating Bobbi Kristina. The lawsuit states, “Defendant also began to commit domestic violence on Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.”
Nick is also accused of stealing over $11,000 out of Bobbi Kris’ bank account during her hospitalization.
The lawsuit also claims on January 31, Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon “became embroiled in a loud argument” at their town home. When the argument ended, Bobbi Kris was found face down in a bathtub of water with a swollen mouth and ANOTHER tooth knocked out.
