Nelly has one less thing to worry about.

UK police have dropped the sexual assault investigation against the rapper.

In case you missed it, an anonymous British woman claims the “Hot In Herre” sexually assaulted her in his dressing room after a concert performance at Cliffs Pavilion in Southend.

But, UK prosecutors have decided to drop the case after the alleged victim stopped cooperating.

Nelly released a statement after the case was dropped:

I am very thankful to the UK police for thoroughly investigating the false allegations against me and I am satisfied with the results of this case and the previous one in the US, both driven by the same attorney, both being dropped- I stand with women and real survivors and can’t wait to just focus on what I love, family, music and reconnecting with the fans that have stood by me through these turbulent times.

This was the second accusation of sexual assault against the rapper.

Remember the woman who accused him of sexually assaulting her on his tour bus?

Hopefully, going forward Nelly will move differently and take precautions to protect himself from these type of allegations.
