‘Marlon’ Premieres To 5.4 Million Viewers
NBC’s new comedy series, “Marlon,” opened strong with 5.4 MILLION total viewers tuning in for the back-to-back premiere on Wednesday night making it the second most-watched summer comedy premiere for the network.
“Marlon” is loosely based on the life of actor and comedian Marlon Wayans, who stars as an inappropriate and loving father who is navigating how to co-parent with his polar opposite ex-wife Ashley, played by Essence Atkins.
Bresha Webb, Diallo Riddle, Notlim Taylor and Amir O’Neal round out the cast.
