I am completely elated to report Traci Saulsberry has been elevated to Senior Vice President of Entertainment Publicity at NBC!

Here’s the scoop via NBC:

Traci Saulsberry has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Entertainment Publicity and will continue to lead the unscripted publicity team for NBC Entertainment.

Saulsberry will report to Chip Sullivan, Executive Vice President of Communications, NBC Entertainment.

“Traci is an invaluable member of our organization whose innovative approach has put a bright spotlight on our alternative programming,” Sullivan said. “She is one of the true leaders of this department and we are fortunate to have her amazing skill set leveraged across the network and studio.”

Saulsberry oversees publicity efforts for the network’s alternative programming, including hit series “America’s Got Talent,” “American Ninja Warrior,” “Ellen’s Game of Games” and “The Voice,” among many others. Also under Saulsberry’s purview is programming from Universal Television Alternative Studio, including “World of Dance,” “Songland” and “Making It.” Her responsibilities include communications strategy for all alternative series, oversight of awards campaigns, talent relations and affiliate communications efforts. Saulsberry also supervises press campaigns and day-of-press production for several awards shows, including the Golden Globes, Billboard Music Awards and Emmys.

I met Traci in 2016 while she was in Atlanta with Larenz Tate promoting his series, “Game of Silence.”

We immediately hit it off over our love for “The Carmichael Show.”

Months later, I was on the set of the show and interviewing the cast – thanks to Traci.

I have a wonderful relationship with NBC that wouldn’t have been possible without Traci Saulsberry. So, it gives me great pleasure to witness her continued success and celebrate her!

Congratulations, Traci! Bawse!
