Fulton County Sheriff’s Office announced Natalie White, the woman suspected of intentionally setting the Wendy’s on fire where Rayshard Brooks was killed by Atlanta police is now in custody.

White, 29, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon outside of her attorney’s office in Buckhead around 3 p.m.

White has been charged with first-degree arson.

Natalie White is one of “several suspects” believed to have intentionally set the University Avenue restaurant ablaze on June 13, a day after police fatally shot Rayshard Brooks in the parking lot of the Wendy’s.

Rayshard funeral service was held on Tuesday (June 23) at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.
