Nicki Minaj Will Not Testify In Jelani Maraj’s Rape Case
Welp. It looks like Jelani Maraj‘s entire defense is about to go up in smoke.
Last week, Jelani’s legal team announced Nicki Minaj would be their star witness and she planned to testify that the accusations of him repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl was all part of a bigger plan to extort his sister out of $25 million.

Sources close to Nicki tell TMZ … she won’t be involved in any way in Jelani Maraj’s Long Island court case, where he stands accused of raping an 11-year-old girl — his stepdaughter at the time.
We’re told Minaj never planned to take the stand, and her bro’s legal team telling news outlets she was on their witness list was simply false. There were reports Nicki would testify the alleged victim’s mom tried to extort her for millions … but we’re told that’s all B.S.
Jelani’s trial started last week, but the bottom line here is Nicki won’t be anywhere near the proceedings.
Ironically, the news of Nicki Minaj not testifying comes one day after the alleged victim’s 10-year-old brother testified to witnessing Jelani raping his sister.
