Annapurna Pictures has released the first trailer for their forthcoming dark comedy, Sorry To Bother You, and I literally thought, “WTF?!,” as I watched.
About The Film:
In an alternate present-day version of Oakland, black telemarketer Cassius Green (Lakeith Stanfield) discovers a magical key to professional success – which propels him into a macabre universe. (Oh, the key is using his “white voice.”)
The film also stars Tessa Thompson, Steven Yeun, Jermaine Fowler, Armie Hammer, Omari Hardwick, and Danny Glover.
Sorry To Bother You is written and directed by Boots Riley.
