Michael B. Jordan Joins Black Panther Cast

Yes, yes, and more yes!

A day after we reported Lupita Nyong’o was in talks to star opposite Chadwick Boseman in Marvel’s Black Panther, we’ve learned Michael B. Jordan has officially joined the cast. *praise break*

Michael will reteam with his brother from another mother – Creed director Ryan Coogler for the film. If you haven’t heard, these two gentleman make magic together on the big screen. (See also Fruitvale Station).

The scoop on Michael’s character is still under wraps, but a source told The Hollywood Reporter he may be a villain in the film.

He could be “atmosphere” for all I care…as long as he is in the film.

Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong’o, and Michael B(ae) Jordan? Dis tew much…and I’m totally here for it!

Black Panther is slated for a February 16, 2018 release.
