Kym Whitley will join Ice Cube, Charlie Day, and Tracy Morgan in New Line Cinema’s comedy flick, Fist Fight.

The 54-year-old actress and comedian, who stars in her own reality series, “Raising Whitley,” will play a 911 operator who has a great sense of humor and uses it to stay grounded during what can be a stressful and intense line of work.

Fist Fight is about a mild-mannered English teacher (Charlie Day) who is put to the test when a colleague (Ice Cube) who thinks he is trying to get him fired end up in an epic fist fight after school.

Former “Mad Men” star Christina Hendricks has also joined the ever-growing cast.

Fist Fight is slated to hit theaters in 2016.
