In addition to his prison sentence, Mossimo Giannulli was ordered to pay a $250,000 fine and perform 250 hours of community service.
Giannulli and his wife, Lori Loughlin, were part of a network of wealthy parents who paid thousands of dollars to William “Rick” Singer, a California man who boosted their children’s chances of getting accepted into elite colleges.
She is scheduled to be sentenced later today.
Giannulli was ordered to report to prison on November 9.
