A Nashville, Tennessee mom was arrested on Monday after she allegedly helped her daughter beat down a classmate at the bus stop.

The incident took place around 8:30 a.m. when 30-year-old Kalina Gaines and her daughter approached the victim at the bus stop.

Gaines ordered her daughter to hit the victim, who she had a previous altercation with on Friday.

Students on the bus filmed the assault and police says the video showed Kalina Gaines and her daughter holding the victim on the ground while they both assaulted her.

Gaines was arrested and charged with assault for punching and kicking the young victim in the face.

She was released on a $7,500 bond and is due back in court next month for a hearing on the case.
