On the heels of Chrissy Teigen‘s dissertation about her “old awful tweets,” Michael Costello took to Instagram to share how her bullying left him traumatized, depressed, and suicidal.

The fashion designer claims in 2014, Chrissy and stylist Monica Rose swooped down on him after a photoshopped comment appeared to show him using the N-word.

Michael claims Chrissy and Monica went out of they way to have him blacklisted and iced out of Hollywood despite his efforts to convince them the post was fake.

He also posted a DM where Chrissy Teigen told him:

Racist people like you deserve to suffer and die. You might as well be dead. Your career is over, just watch.

Michael Costello said he is speaking out about all of this now in an effort to set himself free so that he can begin to heal.

I didn’t want to do this but I cannot be happy until I speak my mind. I need to heal and in order for me to do that I must reveal what I’ve been going through. I wanted to kill myself and I still am traumatized, depressed, and have thoughts of suicide.

In her statement, Chrissy Teigen said this about the people she’s hurt.

I understand that they may not want to speak to me. I don’t think I’d like to speak to me. (The real truth in all of this is how much I actually cannot take confrontation.) But if they do, I am here and I will listen to what they have to say, while apologizing through sobs.

This is certainly a lot to digest and I’m beginning to wonder how many other people are going to come forward to share the impact Chrissy’s cyber-bullying has had on them.

I’m also concerned about the impact the repercussions will have on Chrissy.

Whew, Chile….
