Brandon Jennings was curating all the vibes at the Milwaukee Bucks Championship Parade and if you didn’t know any better you would think he was still on the team.

Jennings was drafted by the Bucks in 2009, and he was traded to the Detroit Pistons in 2013 in a sign-and-trade deal that sent guard Brandon Knight, forward Khris Middleton, and center Slava Kravstov to the Bucks.

After playing for several NBA teams and a few G League teams he returned to the Bucks for one year in 2018.

Jennings coined the phrase, “Bucks in 6,” in 2013 when they competed against LeBron James‘ Miami Heat team in the 1st round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs.

A reporter caught up with Jennings at the Bucks Championship parade and asked him about coining the phrase “Bucks in 6”:

The Milwaukee Bucks clearly still have love for Jennings, and they should because without trading him they wouldn’t have their closer Khris Middleton who was a vital piece to them winning the 2021 Championship.

Jennings was in the parade doing the most, at times he was garnering more attention than the players that are currently on the team.
