Mechelle Epps Seeks Spousal Support From Mike Epps & Full Custody Of Their Children

Mechelle Epps Files For Spousal Support And Full Custody

Mike Epps may have “blindsided” Mechelle Epps with his divorce filing after 10 years of marriage, but she has a clear outlook on what she wants.

Mechelle has filed legal docs in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking spousal support from the “Uncle Buck” star and full custody of their two daughters.

Bossip exclusively reports:

McCain-Epps said her marriage breakdown was due to “irreconcilable differences,” and requested a full accounting of everything they both acquired before, during and after their separation so the court can decide what she is entitled to.

“Respondent is in the process of ascertaining the nature, type and extent of the parties community and quasi-community property assets, debts and claims of reimbursement,” McCain-Epps wrote May 17, according to court docs.

Mechelle also wants Mike to cover her legal fees.

Mike Epps filed for divorce in January citing “irreconcilable differences” for the demise of his marriage.

Things got awkward when Mike said he and Mechelle separated in June 2015, but she said they separated in February 2016.

Mechelle told TMZ, “It was shocking to me! I didn’t know we were separated since the summertime because we’ve been doing everything a married couple does up until January.”

She added, “I think when I saw him walking through the streets of New York with a mysterious girl…that’s what did it.”

Welp. Hopefully, they can dissolve their marriage amicably.
