Mary J. Blige celebrated her 47th birthday by receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Queen of Hip Hop/Soul looked absolutely beautiful on her special day as she was honored by Diddy, Andre Harrell and Jimmy Iovine.
MJB was greeted by fans who sang, “Happy Birthday” to her.
During her emotional acceptance speech, Mary said:
I’m so grateful for this star right now because I’ve earned it probably three times. I say that with confidence and not arrogance.
I say it because I know that now, and I know my worth, and what this means.
