Manny Pacquiao‘s next fight will be against a $5 million class-action lawsuit accusing the boxer of hustling fans, gamblers, and Pay-Per-View watchers by not disclosing his shoulder injury prior to his fight with Floyd Mayweather.
Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran filed the class-action suit in federal court in Nevada “on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event.”
Manny Pacquiao, Bob Arum, Top Rank Boxing, Michael Koncz, Todd Dubeof, and others are accused of consumer fraud in the lawsuit.
I ordered the fight on PPV, so let me wrap up this post, so I can go get me a piece of the pie.
