Investigators say, on June 28, David Desper and Bianca Roberson played a game of “cat and mouse” while trying to merge into the same lane on Route 100 in Chester County around 5:30 p.m.

Her car veered off of the road into a ditch and hit a tree. Desper sped off fleeing the scene. Bianca Roberson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police also say they don’t believe race was a factor. blank stare

Desper is charged with first and third degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime, and reckless endangering.

Biana was set to attend Jackson University in the fall.
