The Los Angeles District Attorney has declined to charged TV producer and music manager Benny Medina for an alleged 2004 sexual assault.
The case was rejected by the D.A.’s entertainment sexual assault task force because it falls outside of the statute of limitations and the unnamed alleged victim recently died.
No further information was made available in the case evaluation worksheet.
This case is separate from Jason Dottley claim that Medina attempted to rape him in 2008.
Benny Medina also denied Dottley’s allegations.
