LL Cool J's Son Najee Smith Arrested & Charged With Criminal Trespass

Najee Smith arrested while celebrating his birthday.

LL Cool J‘s 26-year-old son, Najee Smith, was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with criminal trespass after he and a group of friends were kicked out of a restaurant and began fighting security.

Najee went to Catch Rooftop in the Meatpacking District to celebrate his birthday on Monday night. According to reports, Najee was intoxicated and caused a disturbance inside the club. Exactly what he did has not been disclosed. When he and his party were asked to leave, they began fighting the bouncers at the club.

Police were called and Najee Smith and three other men were arrested at the scene. During his arrest, Najee told the cops, “I didn’t do anything…this is bullsh*t” and he stuck out his tongue at the cameras.

Najee was released after his arraignment in Manhattan late Tuesday.
