Following the success of Boo! A Madea Halloween, Lionsgate has ordered two more films from the media mogul including another Madea movie.
Madea Halloween topped the box office for two consecutive weeks earning $27.6 million from 2,260 North American theaters.
Via The Hollywood Reporter:
Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer told analysts on Thursday that the prolific writer, director, producer and actor was going back into business with the studio and that one of the planned films will extend the Madea franchise.
