When Lea Michele took to Twitter to tweet her solidarity of the Black Lives Matter movement, she never thought it would result in her alleged trash behavior on the set of “Glee” being brought to the forefront.

Lea tweeted, “George Floyd did not deserve this. This was not an isolated incident and it must end. #BlackLivesMatter

Shortly thereafter, people began to remind Lea of instances where she burped in their faces, stepped on their feet, threatened to “sh*t in their wigs,” and the list goes on.

Lea Michele took to Instagram to issue an apology, but not without invoking selective amnesia and saying she “doesn’t remember” making many of the statements she’s accused of.

Read her apology below:

The truth doesn’t change because you won’t accept it.

Hopefully, Lea will be a better person going forward.
