On Tuesday, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office announced they will not prosecute actor Kevin Spacey on an alleged 1992 sexual assault because it fell outside the California statute of limitations.

Same goes for Steven, whose 1993 accusations also fell outside of the statute of limitations.

Anthony Anderson’s accuser declined to be interviewed so prosecution was declined due to lack of evidence in the case.
