An arrest warrant has been issued for Kyle Massey in a Washington State court after he missed the arraignment in his immoral communication with a minor case.

The former Disney star was scheduled to appear for a hearing on Monday morning in King County.

When Kyle didn’t show up, a judge signed a $100,000 warrant for his arrest.

Now, this is the second time Kyle Massey missed his arraignment.

When he missed the date in June, the hearing was rescheduled for July.

Kyle’s attorney, Lee Hutton, says the actor was never served and they are “concerned with the misrepresentations made in court. Indeed, we will move forward to defend these allegations but also determine why due process has not been followed.”

Hutton also says they have made several phone calls to the King County District Attorney’s office and have not been able to reach anyone or get a call back.

However, the D.A.’s office is calling B.S. on the claim stating they have not received any communication from Kyle Massy’s legal team.

Further, Mr. Massey, nor any representatives of him, have filed anything in the Court docket. It is possible that Mr. Massey’s attorney is calling the wrong office.

It’s also worth noting that Mr. Massey previously acknowledged the filing of the case in past media articles since the first arraignment date, which also included today’s new arraignment date. There’s no misrepresentation here. Quite simply, Mr. Massey did not appear in court.

You may recall, Kyle Massey is cased up for allegedly sending explicit photos to a 13-year-old girl.

It is a claim he and his mother vehemently deny.

Kyle’s mother, Angel Massey, claims all of this is an extortion attempt by the girl’s mother.
