Kim Kardashian Sued For 2014 Car Accident

A California driver has sued Kim Kardashian for personal injuries he sustained when the reality TV star crashed her her black Mercedes G Wagon into his car on Sunset Blvd. in 2014.

Via The New York Daily News:

Rafael Linares filed a personal injury lawsuit in Los Angeles saying Kardashian “negligently” plowed into his car while driving on Sunset Blvd. near Benedict Canyon Drive in March 2014.

“Plaintiff sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability,” the lawsuit, obtained by the Daily News states.

Linares is suing for medical expenses, property damage, loss of income and impaired earning capacity.
