Gospel legend Kim Burrell is walking through the fiery furnace of social media on New Year’s Eve after a video surfaced of her calling gays “perverted.”
What’s even more interesting is the video surfaced days before she’s scheduled to appear on “Ellen.”
In the clip you’ll see below, Kim says, “Anybody in this room filled with the homosexual spirit, beg God for freedom….that perverted homosexual spirit is a spirit of delusion and confusion and has deceived many men and women.”
So 8 days before Kim Burrell goes on Ellen she’s speaking violently about the gay community hmmm pic.twitter.com/9wMfpRSp2z

The response from social media was imminent and swift.
To all of the gay people who listened to Kim Burrell's sermon, remember that you are whole and that she does not represent love in any form.

So, the Kim Burrell video. It's deep how she focuses on Eddie Long being LGBTQ versus being an accused sexual predator. Does she even care?

Kim Burrell bashing gays? The same Kim Burrell that was friends with Whitney? The same Kim Burrell that was on Frank Ocean's album? Oh.

"You homosexuals will die in the church in 2017" – Kim Burrell #Cancelled

Kim Burrell took to Facebook Live to clarify her statements saying, “I make no excuse or apology.” She also added, “I won’t take it back.”
Watch the videos below.
How did people feel about Kim’s clarification?
Kim Burrell on that fake apology says, "I didn't say LGBT. I said S I N." This is that passive aggressive abuse they mask as love.

Kim's apology is like a black Barbie doll in Arizona… nobody's buying it.

Many are calling for Ellen DeGeneres to cancel Kim’s appearance on her show or to release a statement.
If anything, Ellen will have her on the show to confront Kim face-to-face.
Your thoughts?
