Remember when Kevin Hart was caught on video having “Mr. Nasty Time” with a woman that wasn’t his wife and he was later extorted to keep the video under wraps?
Well, that woman is now suing the comedian for $60 million dollars claiming he was in on the videotaping shenanigans.
Montia Sabbag claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, her 2017 encounter with Hart in a Vegas hotel room was all planned by Hart and JT Jackson — his friend who later was arrested for extortion. She says Hart was motivated by publicity … the need to get more — especially with an upcoming comedy tour — and that’s why he and JT allegedly hid the camera.
The lawsuit goes on to claim Kevin gave JT access to the hotel room ahead of time for him to set up the camera.
Kevin remained stedfast in his denial of knowing the shenanigans were being recorded.
JT Jackson was charged with two counts of extortion for allegedly trying to force Kevin Hart to pay him money to keep the video from being released.
Montia Sabbag says she’s a victim in all of this and she’s seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
