Jewel Miller, the mother of Eric Garner’s 2-year-old love child, is seeking a restraining order against his daughter, Erica Garner, over threats and insults she posted via Facebook.

It’s no secret Erica will not hesitate to let you know exactly what’s on her mind. You may recall the time she went in on Mayor Bill De Blasio.

In a post on her Facebook page, Erica wrote, “Who wanna slap jewel fa me?” She continued, “If your reading this post and standing next to her smack the sh*t out of her and remind her she was a side piece and nothing more.”

You may recall, Jewel, through her attorney, requested DNA testing on Eric Garner’s children by his wife, Esaw. Just to be sure they are his children before his estate is divided.
