Jussie Smollett’s Phone Records Rejected By Chicago Police
Jussie Smollett turns over his phone records to the Chicago Police Department and they are rejected. Get the scoop.
2 weeks after his attacked, Jussie Smollett finally turned over his telephone records to the Chicago Police Department.
But, CPD rejected the PDF file because the records are heavily redacted. Also, a PDF file can be manipulated.
To be clear, the police aren’t accusing Jussie of manipulating his phone records, but they require either the actual phone bill or a download of Jussie’s phone as evidence.
The phone records are only a big deal because Jussie Smollett says he was on the phone with his manager at the time of the attack.
Police still have not been able to find surveillance video of the attack.
