R. Kelly‘s former manager, James Mason, was indicted on Thursday for making death threats to Joycelyn Savage‘s family.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Mason after he allegedly told the family of R. Kelly’s tenderoni:
I’m gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to f–king kill you!
According to Joycelyn’s father, Timothy Savage, James threatened the family by phone after they began to speak out about the R&B singer’s alleged cult.
James surrendered to police in January and was quickly released after posting $10,000 bond.
If convicted, James Mason faces up to 10 years in prison.
At the rate things are going, James and R. Kelly will be penpals.
