Obviously, I was slippin on my pimpin on Wednesday afternoon when the highly-anticipated third season of “House of Cards” sprung a leak before it’s scheduled February 27 release date!
Yes! The entire season was available for viewing until Netflix realized what happened and yanked them offline about 20 minutes later.
Fortunately, subscribers who were on top of their game and loaded all of the episodes will still be able to view them even though Netflix pulled them offline.
Netflix released a statement shortly after the leak citing a technical error for the sneak peek: “Due to a technical glitch some Frank Underwood fans got a sneak peak. He’ll be back on Netflix on Feb. 27.”
The “House of Cards” Twitter page made light of the situation with a tweet about leaks in Washington.
If you snooze you lose. I’ll just have to wait until February 27 to see what kind of stunts and shenanigans Frank Underwood will have popping off this season.
