Prodigy Funeral Service
Family, friends, Hip Hop stars, and fans gathered at the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel in New York City to pay their final respects to Albert “Prodigy” Johnson.
LL Cool J, Ice-T, Raekwon, Jadakiss, Pete Rock, Maino, Remy Ma, Papoose, Mic Geronimo, and others attended the funeral service of the Mobb Deep rapper, who died suddenly on June 20 after performing in Las Vegas.

Minister Louis Farrakhan and 50 Cent gave remarks at the service.
50, who at one time had signed Mobb Deep to his G-Unit record label wrote on social media, “I never spoke at a wake or funeral before but I felt like I had to say something at P’s Rest In Peace prodigy?? God Bless.”
Minister Farrakhan shared, “I was honored to deliver words at today’s private memorial services held in New York for our brother and hip-hop artist Albert “Prodigy” Johnson. #Farrakhan #Prodigy”
