More shocking and heartbreaking details have been released about the fatal crash involving Henry Ruggs III.

We previously reported the NFL wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders was facing charges of DUI resulting in death.

The Crash

According to Clark County chief deputy district attorney Eric Bauman, Henry was driving his Corvette at 156 mph before the crash occurred.

He also had a blood alcohol content of .161, which is twice the legal limit for the state of Nevada.

When Henry Ruggs III slammed into the back of the Toyota RAV4 both cars rolled over 500 feet before the RAV4 caught on fire.

Officials said Henry appeared impaired at the scene, but he refused to take a field sobriety before he was transported to the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada with non-life threatening injuries.

The Victim

The 23-year-old woman who lost her life in the tragic crash has been identified as Tina Tintor

Alexander Hart, a security guard for a nearby condominium community heard the crash and drove to the scene.

When he arrived, he heard Tina screaming inside of her vehicle.

Alexander said he couldn’t pull her out because she was pinned inside of the SUV.

The Toyota “was soon overcome with smoke and heat from the flames” forcing Alexander Hart to back away.

Tina’s dog, who was in the backseat, also died.

Hart told police Ruggs was hanging from the driver’s side door of his Corvette, with his feet on the floorboard and “his body laying on the road.”

Kiara Kilgo-Washington

Henry Ruggs III’s girlfriend, Kiara Kilgo-Washington was a passenger in the Corvette at the time of the fatal crash.

Kiara, who goes by the nickname “Rudy,” was seriously injured in the accident.

This past September, she announced that she had accepted a position as the head of marketing for the Raiders.
