Sometimes the love of your life is hiding in plain sight.
In a post on her Instagram page, Solé gushed about how she’s loved Griff since she was a 15-year-old tenderoni and how they’ve come full circle.
Then and now… 27 years between… I loved you since I was 15 years old and you looked at me like a little sister… while I crushed on you with the innocence of a little girl… you played the role of protector and my true friend … “you can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.” … looking back…connecting the dots … it all makes sense… through relationships and babies.. life’s hurts and disappointments, tragedy and triumph, successes and failures, ups and downs… all preparing us for what is NOW… evolving into who we are at this moment… and that love, mutual respect and friendship has always remained… and has now come full circle… i love you now like I loved you then… with the purity and innocence of a 15 year old little girl … who blushes when she sees you… jumps on you like a kid, laughs with you til 4am about anything, everything and nothing at all… and can’t imagine life without you… #9 #4life #tbt #yepimbeingmushy #bonnieandclyde #godandthegoddess ✨✨✨ #manplansgodlaughs @professorgriff
Although I hate that Ginuwine and Solé called it quits, it was all love at their daughter Dream’s birthday party last week.
